- Construction: The Core-Lite series uses Resin Transfer Moulding (RTM) technology and a Dual Super Light Hex Foam Core, making the fins ultra-lightweight (up to 25% lighter than traditional fiberglass fins).
- Flex: This construction provides a balanced and progressive flex pattern, offering a “spring-loaded” feel with excellent flex memory, which helps generate speed and drive through turns.
- Template: The Al Merrick (AM) template is a raked design known for exceptional speed, drive, and control. The wider base on the side fins delivers power through turns, while the smaller center fin reduces drag and allows for quicker release off the top.
- Performance: These fins are designed for high-performance, radical surfing and are suited for a variety of conditions, excelling in steeper, more powerful waves.
- Rider Suitability: The medium size is generally recommended for surfers weighing between 65kg and 80kg (approx. 145 – 175 lbs).
